8.3.35 Commitment to Accessible, Accurate & Responsible Policy Distribution
United Ministerial Fellowship affirms that the responsible publication and distribution of its governing policies are essential to maintaining ministerial accountability, organizational transparency, and faithful ecclesiastical administration.
UMF shall seek to ensure that credentialed ministers, applicants, affiliated churches, missionaries, and authorized organizational representatives have reasonable access to the policies governing their respective responsibilities.
The fellowship shall maintain appropriate safeguards to preserve the integrity of its official manual, protect confidential information, prevent unauthorized modification, and maintain accurate records of approved editions and amendments.
Publication procedures shall respect the fellowship's international mission, recognize legitimate language and accessibility needs, and preserve the distinction between public governing policies and restricted administrative records.
Through accurate publication, responsible distribution, and appropriate document control, UMF shall seek to strengthen trust, encourage informed participation, and maintain the integrity of its ecclesiastical credentialing and oversight responsibilities.
This commitment reflects the mission of United Ministerial Fellowship to equip ministers, empower ministries, and strengthen churches through clear policy communication, responsible governance, and faithful stewardship.
