Frequently Asked Questions

Does completing a course grant a credential?

No. Educational completion and ministerial credentialing are distinct. UMF reviews each applicant’s qualifications and retains authority over licensing, commissioning, endorsement, and ordination.

Can prior education be considered?

Prior education and relevant ministry preparation may be reviewed for approved equivalency. Recognition is subject to UMF review and does not automatically waive credential requirements.

Are online learning options available?

Online resources and learning services may be offered through approved programs and Rhema Life. Formats, enrollment, and availability depend on the specific program.

How do I find the right training pathway?

Start by reviewing the UMF credential pathways and the responsibilities associated with your calling. Educational requirements are determined through the applicable UMF review process.
